What are the mistakes to be absolutely avoided when looking for a high-quality EVO oil?
Look for the product that costs less
Do not read well and interpret the information on the label
Choose a transparent bottle
Purchase an unfiltered oil.
If you do at least one of these actions, it is likely that the product you bring to your table is not exactly the best.
I personally follow all the steps above when I am looking for oils with organoleptic defects to practice with my blind taste tests. Curious, isn't it?
