Mistakes to avoid buying EVO Oil

What are the mistakes to be absolutely avoided when looking for a high-quality EVO oil?

  • Look for the product that costs less

  • Do not read well and interpret the information on the label

  • Choose a transparent bottle

  • Purchase an unfiltered oil.

If you do at least one of these actions, it is likely that the product you bring to your table is not exactly the best.

I personally follow all the steps above when I am looking for oils with organoleptic defects to practice with my blind taste tests. Curious, isn't it?

So if these choices are made in a conscious way there is no problem, but if it is not and you would like to know the reasons behind it, don't worry, we will explain it in the next posts part of our Tananei Tuscan Extra Vergin Olive Oil Experience!
