In this photo, apart from our delicious kumquats, you can see a presumably high-end bottle of Evo oil that can be purchased to practice tasting, at a retail outlet, a few days ago.

As we always say, never tire of reading labels thoroughly. If you have not understood what is wrong here is the solution .. the content in this bottle is not from the last harvest campaign, but from more than a year ago. If we think that the difference in wine does not improve with aging, but on the contrary it gets worse ... it was not a good buy.
