The olive trees at Tananei, after the winter VEGETATIVE rest, entered the SPROUTING phase in early spring and at the moment they are in the third stage, the MIGNOLATURA one. The mignole are these cluster inflorescences that have different shapes and sizes according to the variety of the olive tree.
