Fusion cooking

When we return from a trip Giorgia takes in her "suitcase" an exaggerated amount of photos and gastronomic specialties of the visited country.
You can imagine the photos taken in the souks of Dubai, but you cannot imagine the spices she bought. Without knowing all the ingredients of the various curries she bought based on color and scent. But the funniest aspect was, once at home, seeing her melt those spices in our EVO oil and fry meat and fish to make truly amazing dishes. It doesn't get more "fusion" than this.
