Come cambiano le dinamiche .... nella mia esperienza lavorativa passata poteva capitare di ricevere qualche regalino da fornitori, es. Natale, etc.. Oggi, invece capita che inaspettatamente siano i clienti a omaggiarti per il servizio fornito.
E noi abbiamo approfittato proprio di queste giornate fredde per scaldarci davanti al camino con un ottimo brandy spagnolo e un pluripremiato vino slovacco: grazie Gustavo Ferrés Pacheco e grazie Raduz Demcak .
How dynamics are changing .... in my past work experience it could happen to receive some gift from suppliers, eg. during Christmast time, etc. . Today, it happens to receive some gifts from customers as a way to thank for the service provided.
