Sorrido quando ancora oggi qualcuno mi chiede: ‘Come hai fatto a lasciare una brillante carriera nel settore dell’Information Technology, con ruoli e responsabilità internazionali, dirigenziali per buttarti in un settore completamente differente come quello agricolo dove sicuramente è più difficile guadagnarsi da vivere? Ad oggi nessun rimpianto?’
Consapevole da sempre che l’agriturismo per definizione non potesse rappresentare una scelta di business, nel mio caso si è rilevata perfettamente in linea con il cambio di vita che prospettavo e dove le priorità fossero: ritmi più lenti, alimentazione sana, contesto lavorativo immerso nella natura, farsi guidare dalle passioni, riscoperta della manualità, relazioni autentiche, più tempo per la famiglia. E considerando che novità, cambiamento e incertezza sul futuro hanno sempre significato per me stimoli e sfide, questo passaggio è stato sereno e ad oggi senza rimpianti anche perché, ad esempio, uno dei fili conduttori tra queste due mie vite è la ricerca della soddisfazione del cliente, mia principale passione sin dall’inizio della mia prima attività lavorativa.

Still I smile when someone asks me: 'How did you leave a successful career in Information Technology, with international and managerial roles and responsibilities, to start working in a completely different sector such as agriculture where surely it is more difficult to earn a living? To date no regrets? '
Always aware that the farmhouse by definition could not be a business choice, in my case it was recognized perfectly in line with the life-changing that I had in mind and where the priorities were: slower pace, healthy eating, working context immersed in nature, be guided by the passions, the rediscovery of manual skills, authentic relationships, more time for the family. And considering that news, changes and uncertainty about the future always have meaning for me stimuli and challenges, this step was clear and to date no regrets because, for example, one of the common threads between these two my life is the pursuit of satisfaction customer, my main passion since the beginning of my first work.
