Fortunately for us it has always been a fundamental ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, a nutritional model recognized by UNESCO as a protected asset and included in the list of oral and intangible heritage of humanity in 2010. But a new great recognition has also come from the FDA, the US government agency: EVO Oil is so good that it can be considered as a drug. And so from health food it switched to medicine.
