A world that we are pleased to share with those who desire to live Tuscany like a local, in a genuine way and in the simple atmosphere of our old stone farmhouse.
At Tananei farmhouse, you will enjoy an authentic Tuscan experience in a small family-run farmhouse surrounded by olive trees.
Ideal choice for those who want either visit the classic destinations of northern Tuscany like Florence, Lucca, Pisa or our less turistic and marvelous medieval villages and castles around us.
After discovering art, history and nature you'll have the chance to come back home relaxing in the quiet of the Tuscan countryside and enjoying our Farm to Table or EVO Oil experiences.
Sleeping in nature
At agriturismo Tananei we have four rooms available in the absolute peace of the house. You will sleep with the silence of the Tuscan countryside, your windows will overlook the olive groves making you enjoy the spectacle of nature.
In the morning we will offer you breakfast which includes also homemade cakes with natural ingredients and then you will be ready to visit the most classic touristic tuscany cities of art like Lucca and Florence that are only 30 minutes far from us.
Farm To Table at Tananei
In the evening, when scheduled, you will have the opportunity to enjoy what we call 'Merende of Tananei', in a very special atmosphere where all your senses will be stimulated.
Tananei guests can share an intimate dinner over a single long table and hear and celebrate our farm story. The dinner is based on seasonal products from our organic garden and from trusted small scale local suppliers that have pasture-raised and grass-fed animals, as well as traditional regional dishes.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Experience
Enjoy a unique and authentic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Experience at Tananei farmhouse, our paradise on hills surrounded by olive trees.
We’ll share how we produce a premium EVO Oil and how to taste it like a sommelier. Then we’ll walk in our beautiful olive grove and finally you’ll get a memorable Tuscan dinner with home made local food paired with different kind of EVO Oil everything in an idyllic rural Tuscan setting.
